Make Ready/Maintenance Technician

We’re looking for a reliable and detail‑oriented Make Ready Technician to join our team. This role is essential to ensuring apartments are turned quickly and efficiently so new residents can move in without delay. Key Responsibilities

• Complete full apartment turnovers within a reasonable time frame
• Paint interior walls and trim
• Change light bulbs and install new blinds
• Replace shower heads and repair cracked tiles
• Diagnose and repair minor water leaks
• Work with basic knowledge of water heaters and furnaces
• Ensure all units meet company standards before move‑in

Requirements

• Must pass a 7‑year background check
• Must pass a registered sex offender check
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
