HireNow Staffing is actively hiring a Mammographer for a leading medical facility located in The Woodlands, TX. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a licensed imaging professional to deliver compassionate, high-quality diagnostic care within a supportive and patient-focused environment.

Position Summary:
As a Mammographer, you will be responsible for performing both screening and diagnostic mammograms, ensuring optimal image quality, and maintaining a safe and comfortable experience for each patient. You will be an essential member of a collaborative clinical team working to promote early detection and women's health.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality mammography procedures in accordance with physician orders and regulatory standards

• Ensure patient comfort, education, and safety throughout the imaging process

• Maintain compliance with MQSA, ARRT, and Texas state standards

• Accurately document exams and maintain detailed patient records

• Support radiologists by preparing quality images for interpretation

• Communicate effectively with patients and clinical staff

Qualifications:

• ARRT certification in Radiologic Technology and Mammography (M) required

• Texas state license (or eligibility to obtain)

• At least 1 year of experience in mammography preferred

• Strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a caring approach

• Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills
