HireNow Staffing is seeking a skilled and compassionate Mammographer to join a reputable healthcare organization in Houston, TX. This is a rewarding opportunity to play a key role in women's health by performing high-quality mammographic procedures and ensuring the accuracy and comfort of each patient interaction.

Position Overview:
As a Mammographer, you will be responsible for operating mammography equipment to perform diagnostic imaging exams in accordance with clinical protocols and patient safety standards. You'll contribute to early detection efforts and support physicians in delivering timely, accurate diagnoses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform screening and diagnostic mammography procedures

• Ensure image quality and patient safety throughout exams

• Accurately document procedures and maintain patient records

• Comply with all state and federal imaging regulations, including MQSA standards

• Provide excellent patient care, education, and emotional support

• Collaborate with radiologists, technologists, and other clinical staff

Qualifications:

• ARRT certification in Radiologic Technology and Mammography (M) required

• Texas state license or eligibility to obtain

• Minimum 1-2 years of mammography experience preferred

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient-centered care

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
