Mammographer

Are you a skilled and compassionate Mammography Technologist looking for an opportunity to work in a dynamic and patient-focused environment? Raleigh Radiology is seeking a dedicated professional to join our team. This role involves performing mammographic imaging, x-ray, and bmd procedures while ensuring the highest quality of patient care.

4- 10 hour days; Mon, Tues, Wed, and Friday

Openings in our Wake Forest and Midtown (Raleigh) offices are also available.

Key Responsibilities:

General Imaging Duties

• Perform mammographic, x-ray, and BMD procedures safely and efficiently.
• Ensure patient confidentiality and uphold the highest standards of professional care.
• Collaborate with physicians, coworkers, and healthcare professionals to provide optimal patient care.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement efforts and maintain compliance with safety protocols.

RequirementsQualifications:

• Education: Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Certification:
  • ARRT certification in Mammography RT (R)(M)
  • CPR Certification (must be obtained within 6 months of employment and maintained continuously).
• Experience: Previous experience in a fast-paced hospital or imaging center preferred.
• Skills: Strong technical expertise in radiography, mammography, and BMD with excellent patient care and communication skills.
