Job Type: Full Time

Up to $20,000 SOB for qualified candidates, paid over 24 months.

 

Supervises daily routine on assigned shift in the Breast Center. Is responsible to the needs of the hospital and its staffing requirements. Can operate as Mammo tech when needed, supervise the technologists and is the primary control and quality technologist for all radiographic procedures. Operates all radiographic equipment, and portable equipment in the Breast Center. Directly responsible for adult care until patient is until outpatient is discharged. Must have sound knowledge of all special procedures performed in the Breast Center. Directly responsible for maintaining schedules for personnel and standby schedules. Directly responsible for maintaining the equipment and supplies required for performing special procedures in the department. 

Minimum: Certificate from accredited program in Radiologic Technology
Preferred: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology

Experience: Thorough knowledge of radiologic technology, terminology, practice, procedure, physiology, & human anatomy

Other Qualifications:
1. ARRT (R) Registered/ Mammography
2. State of Florida DOH License
3. American Heart Association BLS/CPR certification
