Mammography Technologist
0.8 FTE, 64 hours per pay period
Hours typically scheduled Monday through Friday between 6 am and 5 pm
Every third weekend rotation working in Radiology between the hours of 7 am and 3 pm
Two holidays per year
Position Overview:
Performs all requested mammography procedures including breast localizations and stereotactic breast biopsies. This position performs ancillary duties, patient care functions, and procedures as required by the Minnesota Department of Health and the FDA MQSA. The staff member must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care based on the physical, psychosocial, educational, safety, and related criteria for adult and geriatric patients. This position will also serve as a Radiologic Technologist in general X-ray, fluoroscopy, and surgery as assigned to meet patient care and departmental needs.
