Position Summary:

Under the direction of the Clinical Director of Diagnostic Imaging, Radiologist(s) and the Mammography Coordinator, will perform routine mammograms, needle localization, biopsies and ductograms.  The Mammography Technologist may be directed to perform fluoroscopic and other diagnostic procedures as required within the department.

Qualifications:

Requires completion an A.M.A. approved course of training in Radiologic Technology.  Prefer one-year experience performing mammography diagnostic procedures. Must be able to demonstrate mammography competencies.

Requires Current California Certified Radiologic Technologist License (CRT), Current CRT in Mammography, and Current American Heart Association BCLS certificate.
