SCHEDULE & PRACTICE MODEL
• Monday through Friday
• 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Holidays and weekends off
• No on-call or overnight requirements
• In-person Breast Imaging Department

CLINICAL RESPONSIBILITIES
• Perform high-quality mammography exams in accordance with established protocols to aid in accurate diagnosis and treatment
• Operate and maintain radiologic and mammography equipment, ensuring optimal performance and patient safety
• Communicate effectively with patients to address concerns, explain procedures, and ensure a comfortable experience
• Provide technical supervision and mentorship to staff technologists and students
• Adhere to all regulatory and safety standards, maintaining compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Support other areas or modalities as needed

• Salary: $98,820 – $118,102 annually

• Completion of a two-year, post-high school training program in an accredited school of Radiologic Technology REQUIRED
• MSRT/ARRT (Mammography) certification upon hire REQUIRED
• Valid Massachusetts State Radiology/Mammography License upon hire REQUIRED
• Knowledge of the principles and procedures of diagnostic radiology and mammography, and the operation and maintenance of radiologic equipment including mammography REQUIRED

• 2–3 years of experience as a Mammographer, with demonstrated proficiency in diagnostic radiology and mammography procedures preferred
• Advanced knowledge of mammography equipment operation and maintenance preferred
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills preferred
• Ability to provide technical supervision and mentor less experienced staff or students preferred
• Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to patient safety and diagnostic accuracy preferred
