About the Opportunity

Strong Force Staffing is the exclusive clinical search partner for a respected outpatient imaging group serving the Southwest Florida region. Were helping them grow their Mammography team across high-volume breast imaging centers in Fort Myers, Cape Coral, and Bonita Springs.

This is a W2, direct-hire opportunity not a contract or travel assignment. If youre a Rad Tech looking to grow in mammography or a seasoned Mammo Tech ready for more stability and support, this team is hiring now with quick interview turnarounds and full relocation assistance.

Whats Offered

• $35$40/hour base pay, based on experience

• $10,000 sign-on bonus

• $5,000 relocation support (for candidates relocating 75+ miles)

• $1,800/month housing stipend for the first 3 months

• No-cost health benefits package

• Consistent day-shift hours (MondayFriday, occasional Saturday rotation)

• Cross-training available for qualified Radiologic Technologists

Ideal Candidate

• ARRT certified

• Florida Radiologic Tech license (or eligible to obtain)

• Mammography experience preferred, but open to cross-training

• Seeking a stable, growth-focused role with a professional outpatient imaging group

• Ready to relocate and thrive in sunny Southwest Florida
