Key Responsibilities

• Build, load, test, and maintain hospital contracts in the contract modeling system.
• Support third-party payer negotiations by providing prospective modeling and financial impact analysis of proposed contracts and rate structures.
• Analyze government and commercial reimbursement changes to propose adjustments supporting negotiations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve contract discrepancies and support reimbursement-related projects.
• Generate standard and ad-hoc reports for critical decision-making.
• Identify and initiate process improvement opportunities to enhance operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in hospital-specific contract modeling (preferably with Payment Integrity Compass or Epic).
• Proficient in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
