Join our team in Cheyenne, WY as a Managed Document Contract Coordinator and work alongside dedicated, knowledgeable, and friendly coworkers creating solutions and smiles for grateful customers!

  • Work hours are Monday - Friday 8 am to 5 pm!

Your Typical Day: 

  • Manage contracts and entry meter data
  • Answer multi-line phone system
  • Receive and enter service calls into automated dispatch software
  • Receive and place supply orders utilizing back-office software
  • Provide excellent customer service and work to resolve any customer concerns
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with external and internal customers
  • Work directly with third party associations for contract and service requirements
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Perform other related tasks to help the business meet goals and objectives

Skills You Bring:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong prioritization skills with determination to complete tasks on time
  • Demonstrated professionalism, punctuality, and reliability
  • Ability to solve problems, learn quickly, and manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to respond positively to customers and coworkers in all situations
  • Ability to work in a team and communicate well at all levels
  • Experience in customer service, and/or related field
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Effective communication skills, organizational skills, punctuality, and reliability
  • Ability to quickly learn new software
