Management Accountant | Fully Remote | Advertising Production Consultancy | £50K

Harmonic are delighted to be partnering with a rapidly growing consultancy in the global marketing and advertising space. With a team of c.60 people across multiple international locations and a turnover of £15m, the business is scaling quickly and is looking for a Management Accountant to play a pivotal role in delivering accurate financial reporting and supporting strategic decision-making.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment and wants to gain exposure to both hands-on accounting and broader commercial finance.

The Role

Reporting directly into the Financial Controller, you'll take ownership of management reporting and financial controls, while also providing valuable analysis to support the leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:
* Preparation of monthly management accounts with detailed commentary and variance analysis
* Balance sheet reconciliations and maintenance of strong financial controls
* Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow planning
* Partnering with department heads to provide financial insight and support performance monitoring
* Oversight of accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
* Supporting year-end audit processes and liaising with external advisors
* Identifying process improvements to enhance reporting and control efficiency

What We're Looking For
* Part-qualified (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
* Strong grounding in management accounting, with experience preparing monthly accounts and reconciliations
* Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to partner effectively across teams
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, scaling environment with an international footprint
* Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a fully remote setting

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000
Location: Fully remote
