Management Analyst I

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Management Analyst I to oversee and manage the quality of Consumer Reporting Forms (CRFs) submitted by DSAMH providers. You will conduct audits, ensure accuracy and timely submission, and manage the filing and archival of CRFs.

Key Responsibilities:

  Perform quality checks on CRF submissions.

  Communicate with providers on corrections and improvements.

  Oversee the data entry process and support accurate reporting.

  Organize, archive, and maintain CRF records.

  
  

Requirements:

• 
  

  High school diploma required; Associate's preferred.

  
  


• 
  

  1+ year experience in data entry, admin, or reporting in a healthcare/behavioral health setting.

  
  


• 
  

  Proficiency in Excel and Outlook.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

  
  


• 
  

  Familiarity with client record systems or data platforms.
