BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION: This position will be responsible for managing, coordinating and supervising the training and support for both agents and MDFIW personnel for the department’s Maine Online Sportsman’s Electronic System (MOSES). The MOSES System handles all the department’s licenses, permits and registrations. Work is performed under limited supervision.
The successful candidate should have extensive experience in the use of computers and various computer applications.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Six (6) years of education, training, and/or experience analyzing, evaluating, and/or developing improvements to organizational and/or managerial systems, programs, and practices.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the use of MOSES. Demonstrated experience in public speaking, teaching, and training. Exceptional skills in both oral and written communication.
Currently, this position is not eligible for visa sponsorship or STEM OPT extensions.
