• Engage with client organizations to understand their business challenges and identify areas for operational improvements.

• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for client stakeholders to communicate project progress and outcomes.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in consulting, business strategy, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering consulting projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present ideas effectively to various audiences.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
• Willingness to travel as needed for client engagements.
• Highly motivated, self-directed, and capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
