BryceTech is looking for a Project Management Support Level 1 entry-level project management professionals looking to support various AFWERX initiatives aimed at enhancing collaboration and innovation within the Department of Defense (DoD). This position provides foundational support to project management teams by assisting in tracking project milestones, maintaining documentation, and facilitating communication among team members.

Key Responsibilities include:

1. Project Assistance: Support project managers in the planning, execution, and completion of AFWERX projects by performing administrative and operational tasks.
2. Documentation Management: Assist in the creation, organization, and maintenance of project documentation, including meeting minutes, project plans, status reports, and action items.
3. Scheduling Support: Help coordinate project schedules by tracking deadlines, setting up meetings, and ensuring timely updates are communicated to team members.
4. Data Entry and Tracking: Maintain project tracking tools and databases, ensuring that project information is accurate and up to date.
5. Communication Facilitation: Serve as a point of contact for project team members, assisting in the dissemination of information and updates as needed.
6. Basic Reporting: Assist in preparing basic project status reports for internal use, ensuring information is clear and well-organized.
7. Training and Development: Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance project management skills and knowledge.

Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, engineering, or a related field.

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant project management or related field
• Entry-level experience in project management, administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with project management concepts and methodologies is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; able to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
• Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in a government or defense-related environment is a bonus.
• Basic understanding of AFWERX initiatives and the defense innovation ecosystem.

Specialized Tool Experience: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana) is desirable.

Must possess an Active Secret security clearance.

This position is subject to contract award.
