Management Trainee

As a Management Trainee, you will participate in a comprehensive training program designed to develop your leadership and management skills. You will gain hands-on experience across various departments, participate in sales initiatives, and work closely with senior management to understand the business’s operations and objectives. The goal of this role is to prepare you for future management positions within the company.

Key Responsibilities Include: 

• Participating in continued training and development opportunities within various departments
• Work closely with fellow team members and senior management to meet and exceed sales targets 
• Learn all client information, sales goals and customer outreach techniques 
• Engage directly with prospective customers 
• Quickly identify and problem solve challenges as they arise

• Working out of our office based in Santa Maria is required for all associates 
• Must be able to work full-time hours 
• Must be able to start within two weeks 
• Must be comfortable working with people

• This position involves working directly with customers in a face to face setting 
• This position does not require any previous experience
