Management Trainee

We are a business consulting firm in the Greenville area that specializes in handling the management of local wireless accounts on behalf of our clients. We are currently seeking an ambitious, motivated Management Trainee to join our up-and-coming team and help us take our operations further! As a Management Trainee, you will benefit from our management skill development training that is designed to teach you the ins and outs of business management and leadership, from the day-to-day customer service and sales interactions to big-picture profit and loss statements and client relations. 

What You’ll Do as a Management Trainee:

• Shadow senior management staff to gain a thorough understanding of customer service, sales, and all product details 
• Work closely with customers to understand what services they are most inclined to and how we can support their services 
• Assist in all sales aspects including processing orders, product demonstrations, 
• Train with team to understand how the business operates and strong leadership skills to work with team members 
• Track and monitor team performance in sales targets and customer satisfaction metrics
• Collect and relay feedback from customers to senior management to identify areas for improvement

What We’re Looking For in a Management Trainee:

• Experience in management, customer service, and/or sales is a plus
• Strong leadership potential/managerial skills
• Robust communication skills, both written and verbal
• Individuals with a growth oriented mindset, looking to grow long term with a company
• Ability to work well in teams as well as independently as needed
• Capacity to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings as needed
• Highly motivated and able to adapt to changing environments
