Key Responsibilities:

  Leadership Support: Assist the Site Manager in leading daily operations, supervising staff, and maintaining team morale.

  Customer Service: Deliver high-quality service to ensure a positive experience for every guest.

  Operational Oversight: Help manage inventory, facility cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and site performance.

  Daily Procedures: Perform opening and closing responsibilities, manage vehicle loading, and uphold site safety standards.

Qualifications:

  Open availability during weekdays and willingness to work rotating weekends

  Ability to travel between any of our five Upstate South Carolina locations

  Strong communication skills, reliability, and a willingness to learn

  Previous leadership or service experience is a plus, but not required
