Management Trainee (Chinese Language)

Position Overview

• Assist the business team in day-to-day operations, reporting, and coordination.
• Conduct research and analysis to support business decision-making.
• Communicate effectively with local teams and Chinese colleagues/partners.
• Translate and interpret business documents and conversations when required.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or relevant field.
• Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) – speaking, reading, and writing.
• Good command of English and Bangla.
• Certification in Chinese Language (HSK 3 or above) is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and fast-paced environment.
