Over the course of 18 to 20 months, the Trainee program combines a series of three six-month rotational assignments in various business units including Transportation Operations, Construction Management, Emergency Services, Finance, Commercial Development, Engineering, and Mechanical Operations with the purpose of preparing the individual for a position within the organization that best matches the individual’s strengths with the organization’s needs.
A successful management trainee will be offered a position within the company once the program has been completed. The “hands-on” nature of this program will require that trainees receive field operational assignments at various locations throughout the organization – travel is required often with little notice.
