Provide strong leadership, train, and develop teamwork.

Ensure that guests are satisfied and that their needs are met and exceeded.

Manage the store's day-to-day operations, including inventory and reporting.

Ensure compliance with all brand standards and company values.

Setting goals to increase profitability and ensuring the store meets its budget.

Ensure preventative maintenance and cleanliness.

Provide ongoing training for new products, promotions, and policies.

Assess employee performance and monitoring store performance based on guest feedback

Compensation: $19.00 per hour
