Your Impact

As a Leader, you will:

• Drive operational excellence by working in all areas of the restaurant to gain a comprehensive understanding of how to effectively run a high-performing, multi-million-dollar operation
• Build and develop high-performance teams by identifying, coaching, and mentoring emerging leaders
• Lead and manage a team of 15+ team members by casting vision, coaching consistently, and holding others accountable to high standards
• Increase profitability by implementing systems and procedures that reduce costs, improve productivity, and promote sales growth
• Deliver exceptional guest service across all points of contact
• Maintain a positive work environment that prioritizes food safety, team member safety, and operational compliance

Requirements

• Prior restaurant leadership experience required
• Chick-fil-A experience is highly preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• A passion for serving others and developing people
