Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of maintenance technicians and service providers

- Monitor vehicle performance and diagnose issues to minimize downtime

- Manage maintenance budgets, procurement of parts, and inventory control

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs

- Conduct regular fleet inspections and oversee vehicle safety programs

- Analyze fleet data to identify trends and recommend improvements for efficiency and cost savings

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in fleet management, maintenance, or a related field

- Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and repair procedures

- Excellent leadership and team management skills

- Ability to develop and manage budgets and procurement processes

- Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards

- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

- Effective communication skills and attention to detail

- Relevant certifications such as ASE or equivalent are preferred
