As a Director, you will help lead daily operations of your assigned area. You will collaborate with team members and leaders to ensure performance goals are achieved through excellent communication and motivation. Principle focus areas include leading the team in customer service, food accuracy, food safety, cash handling, staff placement, and ensuring efficient flow of operation to meet demand. The ideal candidate enjoys interacting with guests, thrives in a fast-paced environment, embraces accountability, and is committed to developing others while continuously growing as a leader.

Key Responsibilities 

• Lead and oversee a team of dedicated team members in the categories of Hospitality (Front of House) or Culinary (Back of House) operations
• Take ownership of your assigned area to lead your team and grow the business
• Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction 
• Create a welcoming, enjoyable dining experience for our guests 
• Coach, teach, and train team members on policies and procedures
• Exhibit consistency and reliability in your work
• Create a positive work environment for everyone
• Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards

Qualifications

• Prior experience in the food and beverage industry preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Passion for people, serving others, and a strong character to deliver exceptional customer service
• Ability to lead and inspire a team through servant leadership
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to navigate difficult conversations with professionalism and empathy
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
• Proficiency with technology and necessary programs
• Open availability with no limitations, flexible to Operator and business needs
• Must have a source for reliable transportation
