Job Type: Full-Time | Onsite
Timings: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM PKT

About VASL

We are looking for a highly competent and detail-oriented Manager – Accounting & Finance to lead accounting operations, manage client portfolios, supervise teams, and ensure high-quality financial service delivery to US-based clients.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end accounting and bookkeeping operations for US-based clients
Supervise and mentor bookkeeping specialists and associate-level resources
Review financial statements, reconciliations, journal entries, and reports
Ensure accuracy and compliance with US GAAP principles
Handle month-end and year-end closing activities
Review AP, AR, payroll, and cash flow management processes
Coordinate with clients directly through email and meetings
Improve internal SOPs, workflows, and reporting processes
Monitor team productivity, deadlines, and deliverables
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities
Assist leadership in scaling finance operations and service quality

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
ACCA / CA / CPA qualification or partially qualified candidates preferred
Strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles
Experience handling US-based clients is highly preferred
Excellent communication and team management skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Software Knowledge
Candidates with experience in the following tools will be preferred:
QuickBooks Online (QBO)
Xero
NetSuite
Zoho Books
Microsoft Excel
Bill.com / Expensify (preferred)
