Job Description - Manager Affinity Sales

PROFILE INTRODUCTION                                                                                                                                                                          

Our esteemed client in the insurance industry
is seeking a dynamic and results -driven professional to drive affinity revenue
growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding business
within existing affinity schemes and establishing new affinity partnerships.
This role focuses on driving Motor, Medical, Life, Pensions, Professional
Indemnity, Personal Accident, Home Insurance, and other relevant retail product
lines for affinity partners, utilizing established distribution methods within
the Retail and SME strategy.

Key
Duties and Responsibilities

1.     To drive business growth through the
creation of new affinities on various platforms.

2.     To develop and implement strategies
for affinity business through the creation of new opportunities for business
acquisition, retention, customer service, and operations.

3.     Implement effective distribution
channels and pricing strategy for new affinities.

4.     Establish and manage productive
partnerships with affinity partners to achieve set affinity sales budget.

5.     Ensure new businesses meet the KYC
documentation threshold and the company’s credit control policy requirements.

6.     Develop and implement strategic
insurance solutions for resellers partners

7.     Develop mechanisms for measuring
performance across different products within different affinities.

8.     Lead innovation and product
development of different affinity solutions.

9.     Maintain close working relationships
with key stakeholders to ensure better relationships.

10. Develop effective debt management
strategy for affinities.

11. Drive distribution of affinity sales
through digital channels.

12. Submit the monthly sales reports &
sales pipeline.



Requirements

·        Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing,
or a related field is required.

·        Diploma in Insurance.

·        Experience in business development and
retention

·        At least 5 years of experience with 3
years in management of productive affinity relationships

·        A proven track record of meeting and
exceeding sales targets

·        Healthy knowledge of IT solutions and
systems

·        Adherence
to established productivity and quality standards are crucial.

·        Excellent communication and
problem -solving skills.

·        Product knowledge - Adequate knowledge
and understanding of general insurance products. Knowledge of life products is
a plus.

·        Customer service - Respond promptly to
customer needs.

·        Able to work and lead a team to achieve
commitment.

·        High attention to detail.

·        Be a person of integrity.
