The manager, applications development – field operations IT is responsible for the suite of complex, in-house developed and vendor systems used across multiple technical platforms. The manager will manage directly and indirectly a diverse team of technology professionals including software engineers, systems and business analysts, project managers and solutions architects to deliver quality technical solutions to complex business needs in a timely manner. The Field Operations IT team covers several applications including but not limited to Oracle Field Service, Emergency Callout, Disaster Tracking, Claims and App Center Module Development.

This position is eligible for an annual discretionary performance incentive bonus of up to 20.00% of salary.
