Job Function Summary:
Ensures the safe, reliable and efficient operation of PGE’s power generating fleet and generation plants.
Position Summary:
The Manager, Plant Operations (M2) is accountable for the safe, reliable and economical day-to-day operation of a power generation facility. This role manages employees and/or contractors responsible for operating energy generation and ancillary facilities. The Manager adapts departmental plans and priorities to address operational challenges, regulatory requirements and resource constraints while ensuring plant output meets Power Operations’ needs.
Decisions are guided by policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, available resources and the business plan, with moderate guidance from senior leadership. The role provides subject matter expertise and leadership to employees, colleagues and stakeholders.

Compensation Range:
$107,025.00 - $222,560.00Actual total compensation, including a performance based incentive bonus, is commensurate with experience, skills, qualifications, education, training, and internal equity. While we anticipate the selected candidate for this position will fall towards the middle or entry point of the compensation range, the decision will be made on a case-by-case basis.
