Manager BHS Training and Clinical Consultation

UCFS is hiring! We are seeking a full-time (40hr) Manager of BHS Training and Clinical Consultation to provide Clinical Consultation and develop and implement BHS wide trainings and initiatives based on community need, service expertise and state and national trends that result in premier service delivery and positive client outcomes.

Supervisory Responsibilities

• Provide consultation on clinical documentation, best practice and training to the BHS management team and BHS staff
• Work in consultation with both clinical and administrative program evaluation and quality assurance staff
• Supervises staff as needed

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervises the implementation of BHS wide initiatives such as on-boarding, training, best practice workflow changes based on the overall BHS Strategic Plan by providing group and one on one consultation and training to clinicians, interns and all levels of management.
• Responsible for updated Clinical Guidebook and works collaboratively with OCHIN as an Epic Clinical Content Builder
• Creates and implements a BHS Professional Development Program that provides initial and on-going training, support and reinforcement to all BHS staff. Works with BHS leadership to determine training topics, secure presenters, manage continuing education requirements and ensure quality and relevant educational experiences for all BHS staff members.
• Through case review, data analysis and implementation of a peer review process monitors best practice adherence for all BHS clinical programs. Support and coach clinicians on the use of data trends to improve their clinical practice and improve client health outcomes.
• Provide clinical consultation to clinicians and supervisors. Works collaboratively with the Director of Population Health and Healthcare Innovation. Collaborates as a member of the BHS Leadership Team.

Education and Experience

• Masters Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology or related field required
• LCSW, LMFT or LPC or significant experience working within the behavioral health and child welfare systems preferred
• 5-7 years professional experience
• 3-5 years' experience in clinical practice including and evidence-based practices
• Proficiency as OCHIN Epic Clinical Content Builder
