The Billing Manager is responsible for resolving complex billing discrepancies, ensuring accurate payment posting, and maintaining revenue reconciliation and collection processes. This role plays a critical part in supporting the organization’s financial health, customer satisfaction, and overall operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include overseeing post-billing activities to ensure invoices are accurately processed, received, and paid in a timely manner; monitoring aging reports; ensuring compliance with customer billing guidelines and contractual requirements; and collaborating with internal departments and customers to maintain efficient revenue cycle processes and optimize cash flow.
