How You’ll Make a Difference 

As Branch Manager, you’ll lead a team that keeps operations running strong and customers coming back. You’ll set the tone for safety, teamwork, and service excellence every day. Through your leadership, your branch will deliver on what SitePro stands for — reliability, trust, and exceptional customer care. 

What You’ll Do 

  • Lead your team with a hands-on, safety-first approach — making sure every person goes home safe, every day. 

  • Drive sales and rental performance by building strong customer relationships and ensuring consistent, high-quality service. 

  • Oversee daily operations including fleet management, staffing, budgeting, and facility presentation. 

  • Develop and coach your team, creating opportunities for growth and keeping morale high through open communication and trust. 

What You’ll Bring 

  • 5+ years of progressive leadership experience, including 2+ years managing a branch or profit center with P&L responsibility. 

  • Strong financial acumen and the ability to turn goals into results. 

  • A proven record of leading teams, developing people, and building lasting customer relationships. 

  • Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills — with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
