Position Summary:
This position is a remote role responsible for providing best-in-class, CAMZYOS REMS education to our certified CAMZYOS REMS prescribers and health care professionals based on data insights that will initiate outreach to prescribers in efforts to prevent undue burden and access barriers for patients due the CAMZYOS REMS Program requirements. Occasional travel may be required.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
CAMZYOS REMS Data Analysis and Prescriber Outreach:
Create a report in the internal REMS application for newly certified CAMZYOS REMS prescribers and send a welcome email to offer supplemental CAMZYOS REMS Education and tutorial of online portal.
Analyze trends using the internal REMS application on Patient Status Forms that are submitted 2-days past the echocardiogram being performed and follow-up with prescribers that have three or more occurrences to educate on guidelines and help prevent future delays in therapy.
Monitor first time CAMZYOS patient dispenses in the internal REMS application and send a communication to prescribers about scheduling the first three echocardiograms for each patient to maintain Patient Status Form schedules for future prescriptions.
Generate a report in the internal REMS application that demonstrates all Patient Status Forms in Overdue status and contact prescribers to educate on the CAMZYOS REMS program requirements and offer solutions and resources that may help avoid delays.
Export data from the internal REMS application to a secured Excel file and partner with other CAMZYOS REMS Advisors to distribute the workload evenly.
Provide trends in data that could help improve business procedures and practices.
Deliver feedback on technology enhancements that could improve analytic tracking.
CAMZYOS REMS Program Education:
Contact prescribers and health care professionals based on reporting outcomes to ensure prevention of any undue burden or access barriers to patients due to the CAMZYOS REMS program requirements.
Communicate with prescribers and health care professionals in a virtual setting and provide CAMZYOS REMS program education.
Ensure prescribers and health care professionals have a clear understanding of the CAMZYOS REMS program requirements during outreach.
Provide virtual tutorials on how to best navigate through the CAMZYOS REMS portals and explain the features and benefits with the functionality that is available to manage patients on therapy.
Offer CAMZYOS REMS program education and support of portal navigation, maintenance, and troubleshooting through screen sharing on a virtual platform and if on-site support is needed, coordinate with a CAMZYOS REMS Field Advisor to schedule.
Partner with Commercial field teams and other BMS colleagues to provide certified prescribers support with CAMZYOS REMS inquiries, requests or training needs they may have involving any aspect of our REMS program requirements in a virtual setting.
Provide best practices and implementation insights to help customers improve their REMS processes and when possible, streamline their workflows.
Deliver CAMZYOS REMS best practices and operational excellence ideas to the CAMZYOS REMS Field Advisors, Commercial Field Teams, MSLs and the VAP Organization to improve stakeholder efficiencies.
CAMZYOS REMS Customer Insights:
Actively seek direct prescriber, pharmacy, and patient feedback about our CAMZYOS REMS programs, materials, and technologies and additional insights from relevant internal functions around the organization (i.e., Patient Advocacy, Commercial, VAP, Sales Training, Marketing, etc.).
Conduct monthly CAMZYOS REMS review meetings with Associate Director, REMS Advisor to provide insights about CAMZYOS REMS activities, customer experiences, and highlight improvement opportunities.
Identify technology enhancements that would reduce CAMZYOS REMS administrative burden for key stakeholders and provide to the CAMZYOS REMS Lead to follow-up with the Technology team for consideration.
Obtain insights regarding CAMZYOS REMS Call Center Operations and provide feedback to the CAMZYOS REMS Lead and Associate Director, REMS Advisor.
Analyze key stakeholder complaints, address rapidly, and propose impactful and realistic solutions.
Additional Tasks
Participate in User Acceptance Testing related to all CAMZYOS REMS applications to ensure all required business functions are operational for our external internal and external stakeholders.
Report all customer interactions utilizing the internal CAMZYOS REMS database and the REMS Advisor team reporting tracker.
Maintain a thorough understanding of FDA REMS regulations and industry trends regarding the implementation of REMS programs.
Ensure a comprehensive knowledge of CAMZYOS REMS departmental operations, including all SOPs, work practices and technologies.
Represent the REMS department at relevant industry meetings as our subject matter expert to educate, inform and engage cross-functional partners.
Run and maintain reports regarding activities, outcomes, and trends
Provide scheduled and ad-hoc reports to the leadership team as required.
Support newer members of the CAMZYOS REMS Advisor team with mentoring and coaching.
Assist with oversight and handling of the CAMZYOS REMS Advisor mailbox.

Qualifications:
At least 5+ years’ pharmaceutical experience with 2+ years focused on delivering training with specific experience in FDA REMS regulations. BS/BA/Associates degree is preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Skills/Knowledge Required:
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Familiarity with web-conferencing tools
Creative thinker and engaging speaker
Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills
Capable user of Excel and Power Point
Strong willingness to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders

Up to 10% travel required
The starting compensation for this job is a range from $95,000 - $105,000, plus incentive cash and stock
opportunities (based on eligibility). The starting pay takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills and where the job is
performed. Final, individual compensation is decided based on demonstrated experience.
