If you reside within the state of Louisiana, you will have the flexibility to work remotely*, as well as work in the office as you take on some tough challenges.

Primary Responsibilities:

Clinical operations across the continuum of care (assessing, planning, implementing, coordinating, monitoring and evaluating)

Case management and coordination of care

Takes lead role in setting direction and participating in or developing new programs

Sets team direction, resolves problems and provides guidance to members of the team

Ensures team meets established performance metrics and performance guarantees

Adapts departmental plans and priorities to address business and operational challenges

Required Qualifications:

Current, unrestricted RN license in the State of LA

3+ years of experience in a hospital setting, acute care, or direct care experience

3+ years of experience as a manager

2+ years of experience in Adult and or Maternity Care

2+ years of case management experience

Basic level of experience with Microsoft Suite

Proven solid organizational skills and ability to analyze data will be keys to success

Preferred Qualification:

BSN

Certified Case Manager (CCM)

Experience/exposure with discharge planning

Experience in utilization review, concurrent review and/or risk management

A background in managed care

Proven solid organizational skills and multitasking abilities will be keys to success
