Build and maintain Channel Playbooks outlining “how we win” — from SKU mix to promotional levers and shopper activations. Collaborate with Shopper Marketing and Omnichannel Merchandising on cross-channel consistency and content readiness. Analyze channel-level POS and distribution trends to identify performance gaps or expansion opportunities. 5+ years of experience in Channel Strategy, Category Management/Merchandising, Shopper/Customer Marketing, or Commercial/Go-To-Market positions. Proven track record to develop and complete channel-specific growth strategies across Value, Club, Grocery/Drug, or Specialty retail. Strong experience in turning POS, distribution, and segmentation insights into actionable plans that drive incremental revenue. Demonstrated success partnering with Sales, Portfolio, and Shopper Marketing to influence assortment, pack strategy, and activation plans. Experience handling multi-market scope (US + Canada and/or LATAM preferred). Ability to build clear, scalable playbooks, frameworks, and toolkits for cross-functional teams. Strong communication and influence skills — able to drive alignment across complex collaborator groups. Experience with data analysis tools (e.g. Circana, Kantar) is preferred Familiarity with the toy and entertainment industry is preferred.
