What You Will Do:

The Clinical Operations Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operational execution of clinical services within the PACE program. This role ensures that clinical care plans are translated into timely, coordinated, and compliant service delivery across nursing, therapy, care coordination, home care, and ancillary clinical services. The position works closely with the Medical Director and Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) to support efficient clinical operations while maintaining compliance with applicable PACE regulations.

Who Should Apply:

• Licensed clinical professional preferred, RN strongly preferred.


• 3–5 years of experience in clinical operations, care coordination, or nursing supervision.


• Experience in PACE, geriatric care, home health, or managed long-term care preferred.


• Working knowledge of 42 CFR Part 460 and related state PACE requirements.


• Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills.


• Ability to manage multiple clinical priorities in a highly regulated environment.

Salary Range: Minimum 45.65/hour - Maximum 79.91/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
