  • Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and performance tracking to monitor key trends across the patient funnel

  • Partner cross-functionally with marketing, patient support services, market access, sales, and commercial operations team members on key initiatives

  • Identify opportunities to improve data quality, consistency, and usability across datasets

  • Communicate insights clearly through presentations and storytelling tailored to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Support forecasting, market trends and sizing, and ad hoc analyses as needed

  • Other responsibilities as assigned

Education/Experience/Skills

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. engineering, business analytics, business, economics, statistics, healthcare analytics). 5+ years of experience in commercial analytics, business analytics, or a related role. An equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may be considered.

Key Skills

  • Experience working with healthcare data such as claims, prescription (Rx), medical claims, or similar datasets

  • Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with large datasets (e.g. Snowflake or similar environments)

  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to structure ambiguous business questions

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into clear business insights

Preferred Skills

  • Awareness of advanced analytics techniques; ability to interpret outputs and translate implications into clear business recommendations

  • Familiarity with patient journey analytics, funnel analysis, or market access dynamics

  • Exposure to forecasting, segmentation, or performance analytics

  • Working knowledge of statistical analysis approaches (e.g., basic modeling, testing, or experimentation)

  • Exposure to tools such as Python or R for data exploration (not required to be a primary coding role)
