The Compensation Manager will be the primary point of contact for the organization's short term incentive programs as well as the cyclical processes. This role will be focused on designing programs, identifying ways to automate processes and special compensation projects as they arise.

Overview

Develop, plan, implement and manage new and revised global compensation programs, policies and procedures to be responsive to the company's values and competitive practices
Project manage, plan and administer the annual “year-end” business process and system set up, to include performance management, merit, AIP, and SIP processes in addition to other year-end projects (i.e. global pay program administration)
Design sales incentive plans for three business units. Serve as the consulting expert for the global sales incentive plans by researching market trends, recommending design and process improvements, modeling outcomes and costs
Design and administer global variable pay programs including recognition, operational incentive plans, annual bonuses, and sales incentives
Perform compensation analyses and/or research as needed
Participate in reviews and audits of compensation programs
Keeps up to date with market trends and partners with team to recommend enhancements to our global compensation programs
Conducts job analysis, benchmarking and survey analysis as needed
Work collaboratively and influentially with business partners and regional compensation partners to resolve compensation issues and achieve desired outcomes
Partner with HR Information Technology to properly set up compensation-related elements in SAP. Continually searches for process improvements and efficiencies

Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

5-7 years of experience in Broad Based Compensation (base, bonus, incentive design and administration)
Bachelor's degree in business administration, HR, Finance, Accounting or related field
Experience leading or project managing a performance, merit, and bonus process
Experience in administering and modeling incentive plans including coordinating accruals with Finance
Excellent attention to detail, sense of accuracy and urgency
Strong data analysis, project management and consulting skills
Excellent MS Excel Skills performing pivot tables, vlookups, and data modeling
Experience working with and presenting to senior management

Desirable Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

Merit and Bonus project management at the global level is required
Sales Incentive design and administration is required
All incentive administration (AIP, Merit) is required
Knowledge of SAP and Success Factors preferred
