Manager Contracts Administration 3 (Senior Manager)

Bachelor's degree with 8 years of professional experience including people management experience - OR - Master's degree with 6 years of professional experience including people management experience. 2+ years of management experience and demonstrated ability to lead teams and develop talent Strong technical acumen in contract management Strong technical acumen in M365 Financial acumen An in-depth knowledge of FAR, DFAR and experience with different contract types Strong problem solving and analytical skills; ability to make recommendations and effectively bring projects to completion Must have an active U.S. Government DoD Top Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope, with the ability to obtain and maintain SCI approval/access. Active Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) clearance at time of application. Experience supporting Development and Production Contracts Experience with managing and administrator OCIs Extensive Proposal Support Experience managing change management NCMA Certification (CPCM, CFCM and/or CCCM)
