Location: Ewing, NJ (Hybrid Tuesday - Thursday)
Duration: 13-15 month contract
Pay: $60 - $65 per hour
Shift/Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30a - 4:30p, 30 minute unpaid lunch (37.5 hours)
Summer hours (Memorial Day to Labor Day): Monday - Thurs 8:30a - 5:30p, 30 minute lunch, Friday 8:30 AM - 1:30 PM, no break

Must Haves/Requirements: Top 3-4 Skills/Experience: Ten years of accounting experience required Involved on month or quarter end close process
SCC reporting experience required
FP&A experience (planning, forecasting, budgeting, and analytical activities that support a company's major business decisions and overall financial health)

SAP/Oracle experience required
3 years of supervisory experience preferred, but not required this person will only be an individual producer, will not have someone reporting to them

Educational Requirement: BA in Accounting/Finance/Etc.; CPA preferred

Responsibilities: Participate in the month-end close process, ensuring standard and ad-hoc journal entries are posted in a timely manner & within the appropriate accounting framework
Preparation and review of balance sheet account reconciliations
Assist with asset capitalization, depreciation and lease accounting.
Review financial system checks and reconciliations and drive corrective actions as required. (SAP & Oracle)
Assist with master data requests and maintenance within the financial reporting system (Oracle)
Assist with the budgeting, forecasting, analysis, and internal reporting of functional costs for SG&A.
Assist with External SEC reporting and consolidations.
Aid with User Acceptance Testing during system implementations
Take on ad-hoc projects, as needed.
