The Manager of Corporate Brand reports to the Associate Director of Corporate Brand and is responsible for supporting corporate brand projects that aim to improve brand reputation and visibility across various platforms. This position requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a creative mindset to enhance our brand identity and messaging.

Key Responsibilities:
Enhance our corporate brand's presence through internal and external communications, leveraging various channels such as social media platforms and corporate websites.
Collaborate cross-functionally within the organization to ensure all marketing efforts align with established branding guidelines.
Oversee the management of the corporate brand mailbox, serving as a crucial point of contact for providing guidance on brand applications.
Organize and manage corporate brand assets on the content hub, catering to the needs of internal employees and external agencies.
Assist with agency management to ensure effective utilization of resources.

Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Design, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in marketing, branding, or related roles, with agency experience being a plus.
Strong understanding of branding principles, strategies, and techniques, with creative/design skills desired.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with graphic design software is advantageous.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Demonstrated passion for branding and a strong desire to contribute to the growth and success of the organization.

On-site Protocol

BMS has a diverse occupancy structure that determines where an employee is required to conduct their work. This structure includes site-essential, site-by-design, field-based and remote-by-design jobs. The occupancy type that you are assigned is determined by the nature and responsibilities of your role:

Site-essential roles require 100% of shifts onsite at your assigned facility. Site-by-design roles may be eligible for a hybrid work model with at least 50% onsite at your assigned facility. For these roles, onsite presence is considered an essential job function and is critical to collaboration, innovation, productivity, and a positive Company culture. For field-based and remote-by-design roles the ability to physically travel to visit customers, patients or business partners and to attend meetings on behalf of BMS as directed is an essential job function.
