Job Description - Manager, Corporate Partnership Activation and Service

Responsibilities:

Report to and support the Director, Partnership Activation and Service

Manage the execution and delivery of partnership activations for assigned partnership accounts, and work alongside the sales team throughout sales and renewal processes of those accounts

Build and strengthen relationships with corporate partners to support long-term engagement and business growth

Foster strong relationships with internal departments and associated vendors to ensure partnership goals are met and assets are executed in a timely manner

Serve as assigned partner accounts day-to-day contact by responding promptly to partner requests, questions, and concerns with a focus on providing solutions and/or creative ideas

Create and deliver mid-season and annual recaps to partners to demonstrate partnership asset fulfillment, value and ROI

Support partner programming on gamedays, including asset fulfillment and logistics, entertaining, VIP experiences, etc.

Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required

2-4 years of account management and/or partnership activation experience

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Drive applications

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced and time sensitive environment

Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills required

Ability to work well within a team environment

Be proactive and able to think quickly and independently

Availability to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends and holidays
