Primary Level Salary Range: $114,900.00 - $172,300.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. Experience with U.S. Government contracts or defense systems Strong communication skills and the ability to lead a diverse multi-disciplinary team with high levels of engagement, including mentoring and coaching Proven ability to represent organizational capabilities to customers and stakeholders Source code management using GIT or similar tools M.S., M.B.A., or other advanced degree Active Top Secret / SCI security clearance Experience leading software engineering teams of 6 or more. Proficiency in one or more of the following languages: PowerShell, Python, Bash, JavaScript, C/C++, or YAML (executed/managed via Ansible). Multiple Linux distributions with a focus on Red Hat Enterprise Linux and Ubuntu Virtual infrastructure: Ability to design, deploy, manage, maintain, and upgrade VMware vCenter, ESXi, NSX-T, Horizon VDI environments, and Tanzu Kubernetes Grid PKI/TLS security requirements and best practices Container management using CLI tools like Docker, Podman, Kubernetes, Compose, and systemd System Build Automation (Ansible, Red Hat Ansible Tower, Red Hat Automation Controller) and PostgreSQL to include understanding of various Ansible Modules and Ansible debugging Multi-threaded software applications programming Networking concepts like IP, TCP, UDP, port binding, NAT, layer 3, firewalls and analysis of live traffic using tools like tcpdump or Wireshark
