We are looking for a Distribution Centre Manager to join the pandamart team in Bangladesh. This role involves administering and operating an organization's warehouses, encompassing the processing, packaging, and storage of supplies, materials, and equipment. Key responsibilities include accounting for and auditing all materials, overseeing receipt, storage, and shipment of goods, coordinating shipping and receiving schedules, and ensuring the effectiveness of operating procedures, space utilization, and facility and equipment maintenance.

• The DC manager will be responsible for managing the overall operations of Distribution Center. 
• Managing the DC overall operational and transport budget with regular tracking and follow up. 
• Managing a large team for seamless distribution operations.
• Receiving DC inbound shipments daily from vendors and managing the barcode stickering on products as per WMS software. 
• System in-bound within 2 hours of receiving a product.
• Managing the category wise products storage inside DC following the QA guidelines.
• Palletization or racking of products as per category maintaining FIFO/FEFO rules as per policy.
• Cycle count random and 100% at month end with stock reconciliation.
• Managing the DC outbound operations daily for all the pandamarts within Dhaka or outside Dhaka as per daily Stock transfer plan.
• Regular basis DC near expiry report circulation with actions taken to avoid shrinkage/write off.
• Stock return received from Dmarts for expired and damaged stocks with proper counting and explanations.
• Managing the third-party transport vendors for outbound stock transfers and follow up.
• Managing the private labels products packaging process by daily output check and process improvements.

• Bachelor degree in any discipline
• Experience Requirements - 5 to 7 years
• Expertise in warehouse operation, process development and team management.
• Experience in leading a large operation team in an FMCG warehouse. 
• Ability to work independently and efficiently, across geographic and language barriers
• Self-starter and independent learner focused on finding solutions
• Ambitious, self-driven and highly motivated individual who can work well in a start-up.
• Strong interpersonal skills to enable solution identification and drive implementation across the organization.
• Ability to use data in all decision making clear arguments based on cost benefit analysis.
• Fluency in English is required.
