This position is for a Functional Homeroom manager for a GNC section at the Rancho Bernardo, San Diego, CA site.\n\nThe selected candidate will provide functional homeroom management as part of a team of GNC engineers on restricted programs. This Special Program Access must be obtained within a reasonable amount of time as determined by the program to meet business needs\n\n * Previous Leadership Experience\n\n * Knowledge of Control System design and analysis or Navigation\n\n * Experience with Matlab and/or Simulink\n\n\n\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\n * Top Secret Clearance and PAR (Special Program Access)\n\n * Existing 80% technical role.\n\n * Experience with AGILE/JIRA/Confluence\n\n * Knowledge of CAM/Earned Value\n\n * Experience with C/C++ and Python\n\n * Knowledge of Auto Coding, linear and non-linear analysis, aerodynamics, stability and control, and test data analysis\n\n\n\n\nPrimary Level Salary Range: $161,100.00 - $241,700.00\n\nThe above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate\u0027s experience, education, skills and current market conditions.\n\nDepending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
