Manager Engineering Maintenance

Patients, families, doctors, nurses… everyone who enters a Franciscan Health facility trusts that the building is well maintained. Our Manager of Engineering Maintenance is responsible for maintaining a safe, functional, and efficient environment for patients, staff, and visitors.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

• Coordinate maintenance functions with other departments.

• Use work order system to assign work to maintenance staff and track work orders.

• Assist with scheduled, non-scheduled, and emergency utility outages.

• Assist in creation of procedures.

• Assist with monitoring of compliance with regulatory agencies (State Department of Health, OSHA, NFPA, and current accrediting agency).

• Coordinate/manage purchase orders for maintenance.
