What We’re Seeking:
We are looking for a Manager, Enterprise Sales to lead a team of enterprise sales professionals in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence. This role requires a hands-on sales leader who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. You will be responsible for coaching, developing, and motivating your team to exceed sales targets while actively engaging in new business acquisition efforts.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to develop strategies that enhance pipeline development, customer engagement, and revenue generation. Your ability to analyze key sales metrics, optimize sales processes, and foster a high-performance culture will be critical to success in this role.
What You’ll Do:
Lead, mentor, and coach a team of enterprise sales representatives to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Develop and execute sales strategies that drive new business acquisition and customer expansion.
Engage C-suite executives and key decision-makers, guiding the team in solution-based selling to close high-value deals.
Analyze sales performance metrics to identify trends, optimize strategies, and ensure team success.
Manage complex sales cycles, providing guidance on prospecting, negotiations, and contract closing.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders across marketing, operations, and customer success to ensure seamless service delivery.
Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement within the sales team.

What You Bring:
7+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience in Wireline, Managed Services, and Solution selling.
3+ years of leadership experience, with a proven track record of coaching and developing high-performing sales teams.
Experience in selling wireline, fiber, or connectivity solutions is highly preferred.
Strong ability to drive new customer acquisition and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
Expertise in data-driven decision-making, using sales metrics to improve performance and strategy.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with experience engaging senior-level decision-makers.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, solve problems creatively, and drive continuous improvement.
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent industry experience.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
