This role is responsible for leading complex workstreams or mid-to-large scale programs, driving measurable progress, mitigating risk, and enabling executive visibility through clear reporting and strong operational discipline. Additionally, this role will manage day-to-day collaboration, and frequent interfacing with senior leadership, including the CEO of the company. \n \nThe Manager plays a critical role in fostering cross-functional alignment and driving execution excellence within a fast-paced, matrixed environment. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with solid program management fundamentals, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to influence stakeholders and deliver results across diverse teams.\n\nJob Description:\n\nEssential Responsibilities: \n\n * Scope: The project \u0026 program responsibilities are focused on internal information system-specific project tasks or non-technical project completion using an internal customer perspective, both typically from initiation through delivery.\n * Organize daily activities based on organizational goals.\n * Develop and implement new programs that support objectives.\n * Monitor projects and oversee project managers.\n * Evaluate program strengths and weaknesses.\n * Develop program budgets and plans.\n * Meet with stakeholders to discuss program status and goals.\n * Improve strategies with the marketing team.\n\n\n\nMinimum Qualifications:\n\n * 5+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor\u2019s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.\n\n\n\nAdditional Responsibilities \u0026 Preferred Qualifications:\n\nResponsibilities\n\n * Lead planning and execution of complex programs or major workstreams within enterprise strategic initiatives.\n\n * Partner with business leaders, functional teams, and PMO stakeholders to define scope, milestones, deliverables, resource plans, and success metrics.\n\n * Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, and interdependencies; escalate and drive resolution as needed.\n\n * Support governance forums, including preparation of executive-ready updates, dashboards, and decision materials.\n\n * Facilitate cross-functional meetings and working sessions to drive alignment, accountability, and timely decision-making.\n\n * Maintain program documentation, RAID logs, financial tracking, and reporting artifacts with high quality and rigor.\n\n * Contribute to continuous improvement of program management processes, tools, and governance frameworks.\n\n * Partner with change management and business leads to drive adoption and realization of program outcomes.\n\n\n\n\nRequirements\n\n * Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business, Operations, Management, or related field.\n\n * 5\u20137+ years of program/project management, consulting, or related experience.\n\n * Experience supporting delivery of cross-functional initiatives in complex, matrixed organizations.\n\n * Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.\n\n * Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.\n\n * Clear and effective communication skills, including experience preparing leadership-ready materials.\n\n * Proficiency in program management tools and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches).\n\n * Strong business acumen and ability to connect program milestones to broader strategic goals.\n\n * Experience in regulated industries (e.g., financial services, healthcare, pharma) preferred.\n\n\n\n\nSubsidiary:\n\nPayPal\n\nTravel Percent:\n\n0\n\n-\n\nThe base pay for this role will depend on where you work and the relevant experience and expertise you bring.
