This position will be located in Sunnyvale, CA. \n \nThe Facilities manager oversees strategy, planning, facility operations, and project execution of a growing portfolio for Sunnyvale CA. This portfolio consists of ~ over 70 acres, 52 structures. \n\n \nIn this role you will:\n\n * Manage Staff of exempt/non-exempt and contracted workers\n * Ability to attract, retain and develop talent and execute a cohesive strategy to create an inclusive culture and build an engaged workforce\n * Manage and forecast multi-million dollar allocated indirect budgets\n * Develop, oversee, manage and forecast capital planning needs for each location\n * Act as liaison with business/organizational units to obtain \u0026 interpret program facilities space requirements\n * Develop and Oversee campus master planning at each location focused on utilization, organizational needs and efficiency, capital availability, and future business outlook\n * Oversee and ensure accuracy of space data for Office, Lab, Manufacturing, \u0026 Warehouse Space Use \u0026 Occupancy (Employee and Square Footage)\n * Oversee the allocation of Office, Lab, Manufacturing, \u0026 Warehouse Space for all locations\n * Develop and recommend long-range plans to meet future business needs\n * Oversee the execution of preventative/predictive maintenance programs with a focus on reaching companywide sustainability goals\n * Familiarity with building operations and systems\n * May provide liaison with owners of rented office space in matters relating to planning and execution of alterations/leasehold improvements, occupancy, and adherence to lease allowance and terms\n * Forecasting Sector/Division Level Site Space Utilization Requirements (LRSP)\n * Developing Executive Level Space Facilitation Plans \u0026 Briefing Executive Management\n * Facilitate and manage communications with internal customers, management, organization stakeholders, and Facilities teams through organized processes to ensure that pertinent information is defined, collected, shared, understood, stored and retrieved in a manner that effectively meets needs across multiple organizations. This includes the articulation of Facilities strategies and future state site scenarios.\n * \n\n\nBasic Qualifications:\n\n * Bachelor\u0027s Degree in Facilities Management and/or Planning, Architecture, Interior Design, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Manufacturing or other related field with 8+ Years of related experience; OR a Master\u0027s Degree with 6+ years of related experience; an additional 4 years of applicable work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor\u0027s degree.\n * 5+ Years of experience successfully managing and leading teams.\n * Experience with Facilities Management and Maintenance Systems such as Archibus, Maintenance Connection, AutoCAD, Revit, etc.\n * Experience with Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)\n * Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Department of Defense Secret clearance.\n\n\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\n * Previous experience with represented work force\n * LEED AP, LEED Green Associate, WELL AP\n * CFM or FMP designation or equivalent\n * Environmental Sustainability experience\n * Experience in \"Classified\" Building Facilities Infrastructure \u0026 Space Planning\n * Experience in Real Estate Acquisition and Management\n * Experience in developing and leading executive level briefings\n * Possesses active U.S. Government Department of Defense Top Secret Clearance\n\n\n\nPrimary Level Salary Range: $175,400.00 - $263,200.00\n\nThe above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate\u0027s experience, education, skills and current market conditions.\n\nDepending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.\n\nThe application period for the job is estimated to be 20 days from the job posting date.
