Together, our values ensure that we work together as one global team with our customers at the center of everything we do \u2013 and they push us to ensure we take care of ourselves, each other, and our communities.\n\nJob Summary:\n\nCore member of team which will own and manage Annual GTM Planning process for PayPal Global Markets from Setting up Financial Targets across all business segments and geographies, Budgets \u0026 Headcounts and Target setting for the entire sales organization worldwide \nDrive the evolution of the analytics operating model from static dashboards to a multi-layered ecosystem of reliable data, standardized metrics \u0026 KPIs, and intelligent insight delivery to senior leadership. \nEstablish and maintain a structured dashboard framework and backend data models (single-click to multi-click depth) that connects metrics directly to strategic OKRs and actionable outcomes, while simplifying and consolidating reporting assets. \nAbility to serve as a strategic thought partner to senior Global Markets leadership, providing clear, data-driven guidance that informs decision-making.\n\nJob Description:\n\nEssential Responsibilities: \n\n * Facilitate collaborative engagement with business to cultivate strong partnership and unlock incremental value for the enterprise\n * Ensure in-depth understanding of the business to proactively identify key business drivers\n * Effectively communicate financial results \u0026 key drivers through concise \u0026 effective storytelling\n * Streamline, improve, \u0026 automate designated workstreams and processes to drive efficiency\n * Manage business case modeling, run deep dive analysis, and other ad-hoc financial analysis\n * Monitor expense and headcount plan vs actual and provide analysis/recommendation for business partners and Finance team\n * Work autonomously but in collaboration with teammates and business partners supporting a global business\n * Guide the business through various finance-related tasks\n * Own budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, variance analysis, and reporting\n * Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Controllership, Corporate FP\u0026A, Legal, and a broad group of business stakeholders\n\n\n\nMinimum Qualifications:\n\n * 5+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor\u2019s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.\n\n\n\nAdditional Responsibilities \u0026 Preferred Qualifications:\n\n * 5+ years of experience as senior analyst/manager role with exposure to business analytics, data strategy, or data transformation roles, with a proven ability to lead through ambiguity.\n\n * Experience with GTM Operations, Sales Analytics and Forecasting Finance teams is big plus\n\n\n\n * Familiarity with the Data modeling via SQL/Python and BI tools like Tableau, Looker Studio Pro / Looker Core, Power BI, etc.) as well as integrations with various AI tools like Claude \u0026 GPT.\n\n * Demonstrated ability to evolve how insights are consumed\u2014from manual PowerPoint decks to live dashboards, Slack alerts, and AI-generated summaries. \n\n\n\n\n\nSubsidiary:\n\nPayPal\n\nTravel Percent:\n\n10\n\n-\n\nThe base pay for this role will depend on where you work and the relevant experience and expertise you bring.
